I usually use PowerPoint and Google Slides for presentations.
Their functions are mostly the same; they are both very user-friendly and easy to assess.

PowerPoint
This is the PowerPoint I made recently for teaching EIL students about learning vocabulary words.
In that lesson, we also used PowerPoint slides to play Heads Up game. (see the second picture)

Google Slides
Here is the example of using Google Slides for my another presentation.
It is highly recommended when doing group presentations because everyone from your group can view it and even edit it together as long as you put their email address on the share list. You don't need to install any software to use Google Slides, all you need is just a Google account and internet. Also, it is very convenient when you are not using your own computer to present because you just have to click on the link of the file instead of downloading the whole file.
The BEST thing about google slides is it saves the file automatically, so you don't have to worry about losing your work!!
